Sara Puig Laas spent most of her career interviewing people, whether for newspapers, as a human resources manager, or on TV in her hometown of Laredo, TX. She learned that most of our decisions are based on feelings, not logic. In this book of everyday-language poetry, she explores the emotions and relationships that people navigate as they journey through life. The rhythms and vibrant language of her poems make them ideal for live performance.
