Dr. Barbara Fralinger has a PHD in Health Science and teaches health education at the university level. A former NCAA championship softball player, Dr. Fralinger incorporates leadership and team building strategies into classroom experiences. She is also co-author of the book, "Reinvent Yourself: A Personal Guide to an Encore Job in Sales."
