The research survey report in this book provides data about female sex workers disclosure of their identities when seeking HIV services at health facilities in Tanzania. The survey recruited 311 respondents and used face to face interview to collect data. The research findings show that 58.9% disclosed their identities as sex workers at the health facilities because of incentives such as: affordability of services, assurance of confidentiality and expectation of quality services at health facilities. Further, the findings show that female sex workers disclosed more in Government health facilities than in private. Therefore, the report recommends comprehensive health education coupled with preparation of conducive environment at health facilities to ensure the reach of the remaining percentage of female sex workers.
