Kate Fitz-Gibbon a Professor (Practice) with the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University in Australia and an Honorary Professorial Fellow with the Melbourne Law School. Kate is an international research leader in the area of femicide, responses to violence against women and children, perpetrator interventions, and the impacts of policy and practice reform. Sandra Walklate is Eleanor Rathbone Chair of Sociology at the University of Liverpool, UK. She has an ongoing adjunct professorial role at QUT in Brisbane, Australia, is a Research Associate at the University of West Virginia Center for Violence Research and Visiting Professor (Violence and Society Research Centre), City University. She is internationally recognised for her work in victimology, criminal victimisation, and violence against women.
