VICCI TALLIS Programme Manager for the HIV and AIDS Unit at the Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa. She has worked in the area of gender, HIV and AIDS in South and Southern Africa for the past 23 years and was previously employed for the Association for Women's Rights in Development.
