Garba Kesias Djikoloum è nato il 15 aprile 1963 a Koyom a Mayo-Kebbi-Est in Ciad. Sposata, madre di 5 figli. Ha conseguito una laurea specialistica in salute riproduttiva presso l'Istituto superiore di sanità pubblica di Niamey. Da 40 anni al servizio del miglioramento della salute della coppia madre-bambino.
