To explore the various microorganism from Rhizosphere soil of Cynodon sp, medicinal plant was carried out. In this present study to isolate the microorganisms from Rhisopshere soil from Cynodon sp. Bacterial isolated from the Rhizosphere soil of Cynodon sp. Among different microbial colonies isolated, morphological identification of pigmented bacteria were characterized with light orange color. These pigmented light orange color bacterial colony were carried out for further study. These isolates were identified through morphological and biochemical characteristics. Results obtained from the sequence analysis of 16S r RNA method of the isolate showed maximum identify of 99.24% Fictibacillus phosphorivorans Cq-11 gene. The phylogenetic analysis of bacteria was carried out.
