Dr. Lawrence Issah Braimah is one of the West Africa sub-region leading experts in Fisheries and holds a PhD in Fisheries from the University of Hull, UK. He has held both technical and leadership roles in large donor-funded fisheries programs in West Africa and advises governments of effective policies to regulate the fisheries sector.
