The natural sciences, due to the characteristics of their objects of study, are integrators of a system of knowledge, skills and forms of teacher performance, which is concretised in the theory-practice relationship. It can favour students' environmental education by consciously integrating them into the environment through geographical excursions and field practice, giving them a balanced view that each component has its value, location and appropriate function; and understanding that man is an integral part of the environment and not an isolated component.
