This report assessed supply conditions and parking demand in Downtown Tel- Aviv, based on surveys undertaken at different times of day. Igor Aksinenko graduated from the St.Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts with a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies in 2001. In 2011 he earned a Master of Geography degree from Tel-Aviv University. Since then he work in different projects in the field of Geoinformatics.
