This report assessed supply conditions and parking demand in Downtown Tel- Aviv, based on surveys undertaken at different times of day. The data of the night survey allowed to estimate the distances between the parking place and the owner's residence and to identify the fraction of vehicles registered outside of Tel Aviv.

Igor Aksinenko graduated from the St.Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts with a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies in 2001. In 2011 he earned a Master of Geography degree from Tel-Aviv University. Since then he work in different projects in the field of Geoinformatics.
