Quovadis Marshall is a native of Waterloo, Iowa. Pastor Quovadis and his wife Angela planted Hope City Church in the fall of 2015 in their hometown of Waterloo, Iowa. As high school sweethearts, they have been together for almost 30 years. Today, Hope City Church is a fast-growing multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-site church in the Cedar Valley. For multiple years, Hope City Church has been recognized as one of the top 100 fasting-growing churches by Outreach magazine. Pastor Q and Angela have two children, Jonathan and Kaylee.
