Moussa SOUNG ist Ingenieur und hat an der Faculté des Sciences et Techniques (FST) der UCAD in Dakar einen Master 2 in Datenübertragung und Informationssicherheit (TDSI) erworben. Derzeit ist er Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsmanager in der DGPPE des MEPC und Mitglied des Club des Directeurs des Systèmes d'Information (DSI) Sénégal (Club der Direktoren der Informationssysteme).
