Lorene C. Janowski DPS, OTR/L, BCP, MS, C/NDT is a board certified occupational therapist at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and a clinical doctorate from New York University. Dr. Janowski's true dedication and passion is working with children and families. She specializes in developmental, neurological, and cognitive delays, orthopedic conditions, and sensory integration dysfunction to help improve the quality of life, level of independence, and to guide children to reach their full potential. Lorene's experience as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor, have proven invaluable in teaching children and adults how to swim. Lorene serves as an adjunct professor at NYU's department of Occupational Therapy teaching the fundamentals of pediatric practice.
