This study has been carried out in the Sri Krishansamy Reddiar Educational Trust Institutions. The data for this study have been collected from both the primary and secondary sources. Besides, expert opinions have been sought through personal interview. The secondary data are useful to understand the past, while primary data enables one to know the present.

Dr.S.Dhanavandan,M.A.,B.Ed.,M.L.I.S.,M.Phil.,Ph.D.,is presently working as Assistant Librarian in Gandhigram Rural Institute,Deemed University, Tamil Nadu.He has published more than 40 technical papers in peer reviewed journals & conferences (National and International) and also he has published three books in library and information science.
