The objective of this book is: "To analyze and evaluate the financial policies of the International Monetary Fund with respect to Guatemala, in terms of success or not, in the field of International Trade", during the period 1999-2009, and to answer the question: Do the financial policies proposed by international organizations contribute to the economic and financial stabilization of Guatemala and the development of international trade? Tiene una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Pensum cerrado de Maestría en economía, y docente en la Universidad Mariano Gálvez de Guatemala. Ha cerrado el doctorado en investigación social, así como está cerrando estudios en Teología de la Universidad Panamericana. Subjefe de la Sección de ROEF del Banco de Guatemala y padre de familia.
