Lauren and Rachel Finch are expert bakers, who set up the Finch Bakery, a small, fun-loving cake shop in the North West. Lauren and Rachel are twin sisters who had a passion for creating deliciousness! Cake artists, brownie bakers, cake jar makers and LOL providers their bakery makes bespoke cake creations and, during lockdown set up a home delivery service mailing out thousands and thousands of brownie trays, cupcakes, ‘cakeaways’ (1-lb loaf cakes) and cake jars. They bake daily and sell out within minutes of release at midday. Starting as a university hobby and baking out of their parents’ kitchen, Lauren and Rachel Finch opened the Finch Bakery doors in Great Harwood in April 2016 and have never looked back.
