The Official University of Mbuji-Mayi is undergoing serious changes following the alternation of its last two Management Committees. As any social, structural or institutional change brings with it changes in behaviour, it goes without saying that in the field of scientific research and institutional teaching, consequent actions should be undertaken in order to conform to the modus vivendi required by the quality and excellence of the services expected from all of us. As it was necessary to revitalize scientific research and the publication of the results of research at various levels, it was necessary to oblige the scientists (Assistants and Heads of Work) to a rhythm of work which enables them to devote themselves to the studies of the 3rd cycle and to finish them in a shorter time because our University urgently needs a dozen of Professors to be produced in each field of studies organized there. It is in this logic that this training module for the reinforcement of the capacities of the Researchers and Doctoral students of Mbuji-Mayi was communicated on Wednesday, 06 October 2021 on the campus of Kansele.
