She has more than 25 years' experience working in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management, organisation, leadership and cultural development. Much of her work in business has contributed to national and international accreditation e.g EFQM, IIP and Fortune Best Company to work for. As a result of the death of someone very close to her when she was in her teens and at the start of her career she developed a desire to understand the meaning of life.As part of her quest she discovered that we all have the leadership capability within to succeed and live happy and fulfilling lives.
