She is based in Buckinghamshire. Jessica Smith (Illustrator) Jessica Smith is a Falmouth University graduate and currently lives in a small town near Oxford, UK. Her art consists of simple shapes and bright colours, which she makes work by layering and playing with opacity and shadows.
