With experience across eight different industries, Sima has been the COO of a global professional services company, and is a Chief of Staff at her current organization. She is an entrepreneur, who has owned a Subway franchise, a bakery, and is currently a partner in a franchise motel. She has been married to her amazing husband Nayan Patel for 20 years and they have two children. She is a proud mom to her 12-year old son Ronak and 15-year old daughter Meera who is a business owner herself. Sima is close to her family and loves to bake, paint, and travel.
