Here is what people are saying about this book: " 'Finding Balance' is written for everyone who feels too busy or too weighted by life's demands. Dan has a marvellous way of putting 'life' into perspective and encouraging readers to regain balance and to remember what's important." "This little book is packed with bite-sized pieces of wisdom that have already helped me to gain new perspectives on my daily challenges." "I love the line in the book that says, 'I am not especially screwed up, just normally screwed up." "I certainly will tell others about this wonderful piece of art." "I found it to be a wonderful, encouraging piece of writing! I especially like how you sum up each concept...they're gems." People embrace this book: ¿ to better understand the stressors in their lives, their driven behaviour, and how best to be "in Charge" of their lives, ¿ to discover more about themselves and why they don't take better care of themselves, ¿ to alter their perspectives so they can see "change" as a positive thing instead of something to be avoided, ¿ to achieve their objectives and become healthier, happier, and a more "balanced" individual. This is a snapshot into the "Therapeutic Hour" and in this way it becomes a very personal book in that readers will see themselves in many of the stories and concepts.
