When Fern experiences an anxiety attack she turns to her mother for guidance. Together they enlist nature's aid as a source of inspiration to guide and ground Fern. Just as the wind howls outside Fern feels her emotions swirl inside. As Fern and her mother travel up a mountain they find a tree, an eagle, and wolf cubs along their journey. Each moment teaches Fern an important tool on how she can learn to find calm with her anxiety.
