Michael R. Holley, born in Panama City, Florida, on December 26, 1960. Starting from solid but humble beginnings, the son, grandson and nephew of boat captains. Working his way from deckhand to captain - his dream job - by the time he was 19 years old. Staying in the family business was not to be his destiny. An advertisement for a car salesman would change his life forever. In 16 years he would go from salesman to owning his own automobile and commercial real-estate empire, eventually accumulating three franchise dealerships in central Florida. During the financial meltdown of 2008, it all came crashing down and Michael lost all his worldly possessions and, ultimately, his freedom. After pleading no contest and serving a 20-month prison sentence, he found a new purpose in life. Thanking God for the lessons learned and the guardian angels who brought him through the roughest parts of his journey. Michael's life now has a new meaning, helping others by giving back. Speaking and consulting to all who will listen to his lessons learned, life experiences and colorful stories. Currently working on a number of publishing projects including a self-help series of books featuring a character known as "the Engager.'' "Finding the Wisdom You Seek'' is the first in that series.
