Véronique Martin-Place was born in Lyon (France). She is an experienced expatriate spouse and mom of two daughters. She lived in France, Norway, Sri Lanka and the US. Facing a new relocation in 2008, she decided to do only what she loves: reading and writing. As a writer, she specializes in topics such as expatriation, parenting abroad, expat women, and travel. Véronique is thrilled to influence and positively advise people through her writing. Besides writing, Véronique has a passion for painting watercolor, baking lemon pie and madeleines.
