Chad Cannon is the founder of the Cannonfit Transformation Center in Bluffton, South Carolina, an award-winning health and fitness training studio where he works with mostly 40-plus year-old clients as well as elite athletes. Open since 2005, Cannonfit has been the place to go for body transformation, and training the mind, body, and soul. Chad has received many awards for being a trainer and coach. While working with clients at Cannonfit, Chad also works as a veteran coach in track and field, cross country, and basketball, and has coached numerous individual champions and team championships.
