Former RCAF navigator, a graduate of Royal Roads military college and Carleton University, trilingual, Dan has travelled widely throughout Europe and North America. He has flown his light aeroplane as far as the Gaspe, the Bahamas, New Orleans, Minneapolis, and to many points in eastern Canada. An experienced sailor, also, Dan has cruised his catamaran from the UK through the French canals and across the Atlantic. Retired now to his native Ottawa, he is an active cyclist, skier and skater, looking forward to new adventures.
