Jeff Hancher is a leadership expert, executive coach, and keynote speaker dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. Growing up in southwestern Pennsylvania, Jeff faced significant challenges as the son of parents medically unable to work. These hardships instilled in him a deep drive to create a better life for his family and inspire others to do the same. After serving in the United States Army, Jeff began his corporate journey as a blue-collar worker and, over twenty-three years, rose through ten promotions to advanced leadership roles in a Fortune 500 company. Along the way, he discovered his passion for developing others, combining strategic insight, coaching, and hard work to empower those around him. Today, Jeff focuses on leadership development through executive coaching, training, and keynote speaking. Dr. Tim Elmore is the founder and CEO of Growing Leaders (www.GrowingLeaders.com), an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization created to develop emerging leaders. Since founding Growing Leaders, Elmore has spoken to more than 500,000 students, faculty, and staff on hundreds of campuses across the country, including the University of Oklahoma, Stanford University, Duke University, Rutgers University, the University of South Carolina, and Louisiana State University.
