Cillín Hearns is an Irishman loving his life in New Zealand. He is the owner and director of Results Coaching, a leadership coaching company that focuses on the personal and professional development of IT and business professionals through team and organisation wide training and targeted one-on-one coaching. Giving back to the leadership and coaching community is important to Cillín. He founded and facilitates the Wellington Leadership Group which consists of nearly 2,000 members and speaks on a range of topics on everything from holding difficult conversations and giving feedback to personal effectiveness and high-performing teams. Cillín lives in Wellington with his beautiful wife and his two beautiful daughters.
