Dejen Abera is a lecturer in Samara university.He holds BED degree from Mekelle university in 2008 in Civic and Ethical Education. He got his MA degree from Addis Ababa university in 2011 from the institute of Federal studies.Currently he teaches in the graduate program in Samara university.He researches and writes on federalism.
