David Overland was born in Wales, in 1960 and throughout his working life as a civil servant, for the charity sector and later in the ornamental fish industry, he's also worked as a Freelance Illustrator, writing and drawing comics, book illustrations and record covers. David lives in Monmouthshire with his wife Mary and their two sons, Sam and Ben. He has been a passionate coarse fisher all his life.
