Lara Park Menning, MSc. is the CEO & Founder of LARASAH and former Cofounder of Nucleo Life Sciences a pharmaceutical development company in the SF Bay Area in California. This guidebook for alignment was inspired by her own stress management journey. After much research and practice, Lara found lasting stress relief and proceeded to share her insight with her staff, mentees and clients. She created the Five to Align journal and Stress Profile Assessment to allow each person to identify their unique stressors, understand their burnout risk and create a customized and insightful tool to make more aligned decisions and rejuvenate quickly.
