Taking into account the context and realities of the functioning of the Public Hospitals (EPH) in Mali, the inadequacies and dysfunctions that characterize their management have led the government of Mali to include reforms in the health sector among its prerogatives. Efforts are being made to modernize the management of the EPHs through the introduction of steering tools, in particular the Hospital Establishment Project (PEH). The objective of this action is to impulse a new dynamic of "hospital management" around a Hospital Establishment Project (EPH), so that this tool of piloting of the hospitals can be used as a mechanism of planning, dialogue and modern management and that it can also play its role fully in the governance of the Public Hospital Establishments (EPH). This research thesis will study and analyze the implementation of the Hospital Project at the level of the Mali hospital (which is a choice hospital in the Malian health system) and, by extension, the Public Hospitals (EPH) in Mali and its impact.
