Autorenporträt
A former journalist and documentary filmmaker, Mary Burns now teaches creative writing at Douglas College and Simon Fraser University. Previous works include The Private Eye: Observing Snow Geese, novellas Centre/Center and Shinny's Girls, and Suburbs of the Arctic Circle, a short story collection selected as a "Writers' Choice" by the Literary Press Group. She currently lives in Gibson's Landing, British Columbia.
