The Bodleian is one of the world's great libraries, and provides one of the largest library services in Europe. Founded in 2020, Oxford Flash Fiction Prize CIC is a new international writing competition dedicated to discovering the greats in flash fiction from all around the world by levelling the playing field in the arts.
