Dr. Chandler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management, and a Doctorate degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. For over 20 years, Dr. Chandler has worked for Fortune 500 companies. Her professional career consists of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing Engineering, Supervision, Industrialization Engineering, Process Improvement Engineering, and Lean Six Sigma. The achievements and services of Dr. Chandler are both vast and noteworthy. She is a licensed Professional Engineer, certified Six Sigma Black Belt, on the University Industrial Advisory Board (IAB), an Adjunct Professor, contributor to the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), and a Planning Commissioner for Wisconsin. In addition, Dr. Chandler is the proud God-mother of a teenager who was born with cerebral palsy. Her God-daughter's amazing drive to do well inspired Dr. Chandler to write about children who rise with hope and vigor to be part of this world.
