Dr. Kavita Gahlot, M.Pharm, Ph.D. arbeitet als Assistenzprofessorin an der Fakultät für Pharmazie der IFTM-Universität, Moradabad (UP), Indien. Ihr Hauptforschungsinteresse gilt der Standardisierung von Rohdrogen, der Phytochemie und der Erforschung pflanzlicher Arzneimittel. Sie hat eine Reihe hochwertiger Forschungsarbeiten in nationalen und internationalen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht.
