Flipped learning is a new trend in ICT that can improve teaching and learning process including Physics. Flipped learning in Physics teaching is important to make the subject fun and attractive. It is suitable method to personalize learning. There were shortages in conducted research studies concerning flipped learning effectiveness of Physics teaching. A series of video lessons were developed by utilizing ICT in Physics topics. Three research tools were prepared and implemented to investigate the effects of flipped learning on students' motivation, achievement and critical thinking skills. Quasi-experimental method was used for 113 Palestinian students from grade 11. Descriptive and inferential analyses showed significant results in favor of experimental group for motivation and achievement. Also, achievement is significant in favor of female students and motivation is significant in favor of younger students. This work is important for schools and higher education institutes teachers and professors to improve the teaching and learning process, while researchers can use this to build upon it and do further researches in their postgraduate studies.
