Produktbeschreibung
Flow cytometry is a biotechnology that is little known in Algeria, but has gradually become a standard practice in a large number of clinical biology and research laboratories, thanks to the diversity of its applications. The world of cellular immunology, through surface and intracellular antigen expression, is becoming better and better known, thanks to the development of a variety of reagents (monoclonal antibodies) available for multiple labeling, and the mastery, technical sophistication and automation of the equipment available. In such a context, the book I am proposing to readers is very useful for learning the fundamentals of cytometry, the basic knowledge that helps young biologists and/or cytometrists to exploit them so that they can become familiar with this field. In addition, this book focuses on one of the most frequent pathologies in hematology, acute leukemia, where we provide all the latest immunophenotypic knowledge, as well as an extensive bibliographical review comparing Algerian work with international data.
