Autorenporträt

Sara Hajipouri, originally born in Kurdistan, embarked on a journey to the United States alongside her family when she was just three years old. Even before she realized her passion for writing, Sara had been immersed in the world of classic children's poetry from Kurdistan, courtesy of her father who often gifted her poetry books. In 2020, Sara earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead. While owning a business had also been an accomplished and cherished dream of hers, Sara had a strong feeling towards forging meaningful connections through the idea of words. In 2023, Sara accomplished a significant milestone with the release of her debut poetry collection, titled Flower Friend, with plans to unveil a special edition in the near future. The book is a testament to her artistic journey, in which she hopes to touch the lives of others, just as her own life has been positively impacted by the power of words.
