Sinus tachycardia is an entity that very frequently leads the patient to the pediatric cardiology clinic. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with children who attended this clinic in the Santo Domingo municipality, from April to December 2020, with the aim of evaluating the influence of flower therapy in children who presented sinus tachycardia. The sample was made up of 24 children who attended the consultation in this period, they were divided into two groups, one received the therapy and the other was not applied. In the study males predominated over females and ages between 6 and 11 years. The most frequent diseases were allergic disorders and threadworms receiving treatment with ketotifen and mebendazole respectively. Most of the children studied had been attending the consultation for between 6 months and 1 year. The children affected by potentially psychopathogenic attitudes of the family were the majority. After applying the therapy, the absence of episodes prevailed.
