The work is devoted to non-invasive diagnostics between the most common malignant skin neoplasm, basal cell cancer, and other benign and malignant skin neoplasms. Combined application of dermatoscopy and fluorescent contact biomicroscopy in case of suspected basal cell skin cancer allows to determine diagnostic criteria typical for this neoplasm at dermatoscopy, detect epithelial skin cancer at fluorescent contact biomicroscopy with fluorochrome acridine orange, confirm the neoplasm malignant nature with photosensitizer Alasens (aminolevulinic acid). The studied clinical group consisted of 350 patients aged 20 to 92 years.Study Group: 168 patients with 194 malignant skin tumors.Control Group: 182 patients with 237 benign skin neoplasms.
