Let's face it. Who doesn't find the daily 21st century reality challenging? A reality that requires us to excel in everything we do, until sometimes we forget our basic needs. Our emotional, physical, spiritual, social and intelligence needs. This book seeks to provide its readers with everlasting notions about well-being and self-fulfillment, out of love, compassion, and self awareness. It seeks to empower the readers, while giving voice to their unique personalities and their authentic voices. Dr. Orna Markus Ben Zvi developed the book's content over twenty years, during which she delivered in-person workshops to various age groups. The participants of these workshops shared that they improved their quality of life, made them feel empowered, and encouraged them to pursue their dreams.

She also served as a regional and national counsellor for gender equality matters in the Ministry of Education for six years. Dr. Ben-Zvi is married, mother of three and grandmother of seven grandchildren (may there be more). As a hobby, Orna swims every day. She has always been and will always be an optimistic person.
