In recent technological scenario, healthcare is an emerging field in India. Healthcare industries grow from paper and pen to digital assessment. Basically healthcare industry grows from healthcare-1 to healthcare-4. This work comes under the category of healthcare-4, where cloud, fog, machine learning, and IoT's are used for caring of patient. Healthcare is a very sensitive and a patient can loss their life with small delay in treatment. Time is having a major concern in healthcare. The technological development can be able to solve the time critical issues in healthcare. Remote located patients, nurses, and medical supporting staff can be able to easily treat patients by using some sensors in minimum time. They can take advice of doctors and expert of that domain with minimum time frame. In this book, (i) The existing cloud based architectures used in hospitals are analyzed and the patient health data is classified using machine learning algorithms(ii) A new fog computing based healthcare framework is proposed for medical information system.(iii) The qualities of service parameters are measured to improve the quality of complete medical information system.
