Zack's journey began at the age of twenty-three, when he saw Paul Bragg on a TV talk show. He was so impressed that he bought Bragg's inspirational book, The Miracle of Fasting, which was where he first learned of the many benefits of fasting, proper hydration, exercise, and a nutritious diet. Zack recently turned sixty-nine, his 110th birthday forty-one years away, and he feels like he is just now teeing off on the back nine of life.
