Followers have more power and influence than they realize. This book presents the flip side of leadership, looking up from below with a combination of personal experiences gleaned from two careers as a follower and historic examples of great "seconds" who helped make great leaders great. "Followership: The Manual," now in its fourth edition, expands as readers contribute their own tenets and observations. This fourth edition is nearly double in size, adding 11 new tenets and additional illustrations. It's a must-read companion to every leadership book on your shelf.
