Henri Sakomaa Muutti opiskelemaan Pietariin, Venäjälle 1998. Hän on toiminut Suomen ja Venäjän välisessä kaupassa viimeiset 20 vuotta. Hänen opiskeluvuotensa muuttii radikaalisti hänen ajatuksiaan Venäjästä ja venäläisistä. Samalla hänen oma sisäinen maailmansa muuttui. Ihmisenä ja henkisellä tiellä hänellä on vielä paljon matkaa kuljettavana mutta tämä kirja on taas yksi askel oikeaan suuntaan.
