Autorenporträt
Rudi Sodamin, chef, photographer, and culinary pop artist, is the driving force of fine dining on all Holland America Line cruise ships and also consults with Seabourn and Carnival PLC on their culinary programs. He is a member of the Academie Culinaire de France, the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, and the prestigious Club des Chefs des Chefs. He is opening his own restaurant, Rudi’s Sel de Mer, on Koningsdam and Statendam in 2018. His food-face art is featured on the famed Bernardaud porcelain. Thomas Keller  is recognized as one of the best chefs in the world. His restaurants include Per Se, French Laundry, and Bouchon.
