Kojo Agyapong Afrifah is a lecturer in wood products and packaging at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi - Ghana. His research interests includes food packaging, development and modification of bio-based plastics for food packaging applications and wood plastic composites using bio-based resins.
