The booklet is the gathering of studies, which took place in the Republic of Sudan, that country in east Africa, which was announced by (FAO); as the Graveyard of obsolete pesticides in east Africa. Thus, the acceleration of cancer incidence rate is totally understood. Also, the antimicrobial resistance became a global issue, should be solved to avoid the devastating results represented in microbial diseases spread. The current work, targeting foods of animal origin, attempts to explore just a portion of the reality of pesticides and veterinary drugs residues in Khartoum state, capital of the Republic of Sudan. Seventy-five milk, 50 meat samples, 100 egg samples, besides fish and water samples, were all collected from different parts of the state.
