The purpose of this book is to analyze all the factors responsible for the wastage of food. And further to investigate all of the ways possible to optimize the food wastage. This is done by conducting the survey in the hostel messes of RIT College. This survey summarizes the likes and dislikes of students for various dishes provided and the days that students like to choose other than the mess for eating food. It collect all the opinions and suggestion from the students and concerning food provided by the hostel mess and about its wastage. It then come at suitable conclusions from our findings. It mentioned the various ways which are possible to optimize food wastage.
